Doug brings over 20 years of golf management and teaching expertise to the management team. His hands-on style and managerial experience enhance all facets of club development and operations.
Doug has served as President and CEO of Greenflower Golf & Associates, a Naples-based consulting firm involved in the management, operations and development of more than 30 golf facilities throughout the United States. Additionally, he has used his playing ability and golf business acumen to develop and introduce several new products to the golf industry, being best known for endorsing the “Controller Driving Iron” in a well-known TV infomercial, where he set a world record of 339 yards.
Considered one of America’s leading professional golf instructors, Doug has worked with more than 70 pro tour players including Bruce Fleisher, J.C. Snead and Jerry Heard. Doug has two professional tournament championships including the Freeport Open and the Rolex Invitational. Doug has also held positions as manager, owner, Director of Golf or golf professional at Leland Country Club in Michigan, Pelican’s Nest in Bonita Springs, FL, Pebble Beach and Spyglass in Monterey, CA, and The Strand in Naples, FL.
Doug currently, although based at The Quarry, has overall operational responsibility for all four Centex golf properties; The Quarry, The Plantation, Crown Colony & Riverwood, in addition to the portfolio of Clubs under the management of Coral Hospitality.

Jennie Taylor-Membership Director- jtquarry@aol.com
A native of England, Jennie, a former high school teacher, has teaching certification from the University of London in both Physical Education & English, and a subsequent Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
Having been in Florida since 1995, Jennie’s career has encompassed all facets of the hospitality industry, including owning and operating an independent restaurant business and managing leisure services for the Ramar Group, prior to joining Coral Hospitality as Membership Director at Riverwood Golf Club in Port Charlotte. Jennie has had membership responsibilities at all four Centex Clubs and has been directly involved in the development and implementation of the membership programs at The Quarry from the inception.
Jennie is currently a Board member of the Membership Director’s Association of Southwest Florida (MDASF) and a long standing member of the Executive Women’s Golf Association. (EWGA)

Matt Russell-Head Golf Professional- matthewrussell@pga.com
Head Golf Professional
Matt is originally from Michigan, having graduated from Ferris State University with a degree in Professional Golf Management in 1991.
A member of the PGA since 1994, Matt’s experience has encompassed Assistant Professional positions at Oakland Hills, Wyndemere Country Club, Naples and The Forest Country Club in Fort Myers, prior to becoming Head Professional at Crown Colony Golf & Country Club in Fort Myers, and his current position leading the golf department at The Quarry.
Matt has a keen interest in the development of junior golf programs and is committed to training and staff development within his department to ensure high levels of consistency in providing exceptional member service in all areas.

Tim Haskins-Golf Course Superintendent- thaskins@quarrygolflodge.com
Tim has a degree in golf course management from Lake City Community College, FL and started in the industry in 1988. Tim’s experience is all local, with Assistant Superintendent positions at The Glades Country Club, Olde Florida Golf Club and Wyndemere Country Club, prior to accepting his first Superintendent’s position at The Strand with responsibility for the grow-in of the original 18 holes, the construction and grow-in of the final 9 holes and, eventually, the overall maintenance of all 27 holes.
While at The Strand Tim was responsible for course conditions throughout the nationally televised LPGA Subaru Memorial tournaments staged in 1999, 2000 & 2001. Tim was Superintendent at Pelican Sound Golf & River Club in Estero prior to accepting the challenge of the construction and creation of the golf course The Quarry.

Patrick is originally from upstate New York and has been in Florida over 25 years. His Food & Beverage experience encompasses global hospitality services with the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, having worked at many fine resorts around the world, including having team responsibility for opening operations in Shanghai, Jamaica and Maui, in addition to many US resorts. Prior to joining the Quarry team, Patrick was employed locally with the Bonita Bay Group at Shadow Wood Country Club / Shadow Wood Preserve in Estero for 3 years.
At the Quarry, with responsibility for the overall food and beverage operation at both The Golf Lodge and the Beach Club, Patrick leads an extensive team by example, in ensuring that his staff is fully trained and competent in providing the exemplary levels of service required in both day-to-day operations and specialized functions.

Jorge Nolasco- Executive Chef- jnolasco@quarrygolflodge.com
Jorge graduated from Edison College with an Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management. His natural flair for the culinary arts led to the Executive Chef position at the Edgewater Hotel in Naples which he held for 5 years prior to joining the Dunes, also in Naples, in a similar capacity.
Jorge is of Dominican descent and, in establishing his department from its inception, has brought his signature creative ‘Floribbean’ style of cuisine to the Quarry, much to the delight of both members and guests. With responsibility for all aspects of food service at both the Golf Lodge and the Beach Club, Jorge is able to apply his considerable expertise to a variety of themed events and functions, in addition to ever changing daily operations.
